Refund Policy

At Bespoke Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel (e.g. swimwear, underwear) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boldforgex.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@boldforgex.store.
